Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the shop floor, manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to enhance guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, execute VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal changes, and provide product education to teammates while upholding an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, product stories, placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to support team development.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
