Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through, aligning with brand standards and local store needs.

You will collaborate with store leadership, manage displays, perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and provide on-the-spot training to teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as well as campaigns.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team members.
