lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the store floor. You will handle product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize the guest experience and drive sell-through.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, brand standards, and adapting displays to store needs while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience or education in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.
• Food safety and/or liquor service certification is a plus for experiential stores where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards for product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Create visually compelling product displays and mannequin styling per guidelines.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to understand needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
