Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to ensure brand-directed VM strategies are brought to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences.

The role involves implementing key product stories, placement strategies, and sell-through efforts by handling merchandise changes and mannequin styling, ensuring adherence to company standards and adapting to store needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent; training or degree in design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM updates including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and provide product education.
