Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deepen extensive knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care, empathy, and available tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on relevant Apple products and services and discuss repair options.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
