Job summary
Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Expert to repair iPhone and Apple products, educate customers on repair options, and share knowledge with the team. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, provide high-quality service with empathy, and help customers understand product and service options.
You will work with store leadership to address recurring problems, stay up-to-date with Apple products, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing Apple store environment.
Qualifications
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed in the retail store.
- Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
- Visual inspection and fine motor skills to perform hardware repairs.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.
Responsibilities
- Deepen knowledge of Apple products, services and Genius Bar repair processes.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
- Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and educating on options and purchases.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring issues and relay feedback to Apple.
- Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor and promote Apple values.
