Best Buy Co. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions in-store.

You’ll receive training and work with colleagues to assess needs, perform basic services and determine whether repairs or replacements are appropriate. You’ll help customers set up devices, answer questions, monitor service queues, and stay current with certified training courses while delivering friendly, accurate

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
• Help customers set up new devices and provide advice on whether to repair or replace old devices
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
