Best Buy is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Geek Squad Agent in Springfield, MO to be the first point of contact for technology support. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

You’ll help customers, set up devices, and provide guidance on repair versus replacement while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. This role involves flexible hours and in-store training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and taking detailed notes for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
