Best Buy Co. is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our local store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll gain training and resources to help customers decide whether to repair or replace devices, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months in retail or customer service.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in/out.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions and taking notes.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replace.
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
