Best Buy is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for technology support at our Fox Point store. You will help customers, assess needs, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll perform basic services, set up devices, and provide guidance on whether to repair or replace. Training and resources will be provided to grow your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking notes and providing time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and communicate with fellow agents.
