Job summary

Best Buy Brooklyn is seeking a Part time Seasonal Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
