Job summary

Best Buy in West Palm Beach is hiring a Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for technology support and solutions for customers in-store. You'll assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You'll receive training and ongoing development to maintain knowledge, set accurate time estimates, and guide customers on repairs or replacements. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and taking detailed notes with time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
