Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers needing technology support and solutions in-store. You'll receive training to assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

In this role you’ll help customers set up devices, manage service queues, and clearly communicate status. A minimum of 3 months in retail or customer service and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and provide advice on whether to repair or replace old devices.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
