Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support in our local store. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You will help customers set up devices, provide guidance on repair vs replacement and keep customers informed about service progress. A passion for tech and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replace decisions.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with fellow agents.
