Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role places you at the front line of technology support in our Saint Louis store. You’ll assess customer needs, guide basic repairs, and collaborate with teammates to solve issues, whether in-store or in-home.

You’ll train continuously, serve customers with patience, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends. A passion for tech and strong customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
