Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent role at the Southaven store provides frontline technology support and guidance for customers’ devices. We’ll provide training and resources to assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking notes and giving estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
