Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role in Schaumburg, IL invites you to be the first point of contact for technology support. You'll assess customer needs, perform basic services and coordinate with other agents for more complex repairs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and share with team.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
