Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent role places you on the front line of technology support within our Bloomington store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services, and work with other agents on more complex repairs while guiding shoppers on repair versus replacement.

The position requires 3 months of retail or customer service experience and a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
