Best Buy Conway is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support in our store. You’ll assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with fellow agents.
