Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Fayetteville store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Ideal candidates have a passion for technology, strong customer service, and can work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Training and resources are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate effectively with fellow agents.
