Best Buy in Fox Point, WI is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support, helping customers decide between repair or replacement and guiding setup. You will learn with us and collaborate with other agents to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include assisting customers during check-in/out, understanding problems, setting up devices, monitoring queues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Interest in technology and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand issues by asking questions and providing time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
