You’ll receive training and resources to assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs. You’ll help customers during check-in and checkout, ask questions to understand issues, provide time estimates, assist with setting up new devices, and advise on repair

Qualifikationen

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong desire to help customers with technology questions.
