Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Hagerstown store. You’ll assess customer needs, explain options, and connect with other agents for more complex repairs, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
