Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Murfreesboro store. You’ll assess needs, provide solutions, and assist customers with setup, repairs and guidance.

Training and resources will be provided to develop your skills as you work with fellow agents on more complex repairs in a fast-paced environment.

If family and friends bring tech questions, this role offers hands-on learning and opportunities to grow within a customer‑centric team.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing time estimates
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates
• Maintain knowledge through training courses
• Communicate and partner with fellow agents
