Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for customers needing tech support and guidance at our Easton store. You will receive training to assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

You’ll apply your customer service experience, learn new tech skills, and help customers decide whether to repair or replace devices, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and taking detailed notes.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replace.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
