Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad team in Deptford, NJ is seeking a Customer Service/Tech Agent to assist customers with technology support and devices. You will participate in check-in/check-out, gather details, and provide guidance on repairs or replacements.

Training and collaboration with other agents are included. Applicants should have at least 3 months in retail or customer service, plus a passion for technology and a willingness to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
Preferred qualifications include a passion for technology.
Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
Understand issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
Monitor service queues and provide status updates to customers.
Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
