Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent in Cherry Hill is the first point of contact for customers seeking tech support and solutions for computers and devices. You’ll receive training to assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs in-store.

In this role you’ll help customers with setup, decide when to repair or replace, and provide clear status updates while maintaining knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and taking notes.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
