Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) at our Holyoke store to diagnose, repair, and support customers' devices. You’ll use diagnostic techniques and collaborate with other agents to deliver reliable tech solutions.

You should have at least 6 months of experience diagnosing or repairing tech, enjoy helping customers, and be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• Six months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic discoveries, make recommendations, repair devices and help customers in person and over the phone.
• Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Partner with other team members to document customer requests and repairs.
• Ensure all repair tasks are completed promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain knowledge, skills and certifications through training courses.
