Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair devices; make recommendations to customers in-store and by phone
• Establish and maintain timely follow-ups; ensure expectations are met
• Collaborate with team to document customer requests and repairs accurately
• Ensure repair tasks are completed on time and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain knowledge and certifications through training courses
