Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) at our Concord, NC store to diagnose, repair and support customers' devices. You’ll work with other agents to deliver trusted tech help and friendly service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing devices, following procedures, documenting requests, and staying current with certifications. A flexible schedule and experience with consumer electronics are valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience with consumer electronics preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic discoveries, make recommendations, repair devices for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Establish and maintain timely follow-ups and ensure expectations are met.
• Document customer requests and repairs with the team.
• Complete repair tasks promptly and seek help when issues arise.
• Maintain knowledge and certifications through training.
