Job summary

Best Buy in a local store is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair customers' devices while delivering excellent customer experiences. You will work with other Agents and follow procedures to ensure timely repairs and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, maintaining documentation, and updating knowledge through training courses to stay certified and capable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices both in-store and by phone.
• Provide timely follow-up and manage customer expectations.
• Document customer requests and repairs with accuracy.
• Complete repair tasks promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge and certifications through ongoing training.
