Job summary

Best Buy in West Hartford is seeking a part-time Seasonal Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support and solutions in-store. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
