Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and build a local client base while engaging with the community.

Role emphasizes in-person interaction, strong tax knowledge, and a focus on customer service. The position is non-exempt and requires onsite presence with some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• On-site work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Active state licenses or permits or bonds may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
