Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advise clients, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires tax expertise, strong communication, and ability to engage with the community. You must be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment and may be scheduled for a minimum of 20 hours per

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
