Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, offer personalized advice, and help grow TurboTax’s client base while engaging with the local community.

Role emphasizes in-person service, a front-facing retail environment, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing and support resources. A non-exempt, hourly position involves flexible weekend coverage and strong customer focus.

Formación

• Active professional license (EA/CPA or Attorney) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses/certifications as required.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan for future tax years.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients.
