Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and generating new business in the community.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week with potential hour flexibility during peak times. A strong tax background and active licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN active to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses/certs.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail role experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete simple to complex returns.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
