Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax prep, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to grow client bases.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate tax solutions in plain language, and helping customers reach their financial goals. A strong customer-service orientation and comfort with a front-facing retail role are essential.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • PTIN required to file taxes.
  • Must be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
  • Availability to work onsite at TurboTax location, including weekends.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
  • Deliver professional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
