Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate their tax needs with clarity and care.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, attract new customers, and build lasting relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing support, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax content for community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
