Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax return preparation and tax advice to customers. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base and provide a best-in-class customer experience in a dynamic, community-focused role.

The position is non-exempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends, and 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
