Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and drive client growth while representing TurboTax in the local community.

The role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. Eligible for performance-based rewards and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• PTIN in good standing; state licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
