Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will assist customers with tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and driving loyalty. As a front-facing, non-exempt role, you will engage with the community, deliver personalized tax guidance, and help grow TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and personalized service.
