Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor in a retail environment.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing support to build long-term relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and resolve client inquiries.
