Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community and growing your client base. The role is non-exempt and onsite, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

Must have active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax law.
Must have PTIN to file taxes.
Must possess/obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including Sundays.
Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Provide tax expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for simple to complex situations.
