Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to local customers, becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

This role emphasizes community engagement and growing Intuit’s presence locally while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per season.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help build local client relationships.
