Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to service customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to help clients navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships.

This non-exempt role requires onsite presence and involves engaging with the local community, promoting TurboTax services, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with accuracy and trust.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
