Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes in their communities.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, local outreach, and growth of TurboTax’s presence with marketing support and tools.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week at a TurboTax location; weekends possible.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Grow client base through local marketing and community outreach.
