Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client growth.

You’ll engage customers in-person, deliver personalized tax solutions, and collaborate with a team to expand TurboTax’s presence in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, and help grow the customer base.
• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and optimize deductions and planning.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional, client-centered service and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and complex tax challenges.
