Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and delivering excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax location in the US, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with local community to grow client base and provide tax-related education.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
