Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and trust in your community.

The role is non-exempt with on-site requirements, 20+ hours per week, and opportunities to engage with local markets. You will wear a TurboTax uniform and uphold Intuit’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as the public face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing in collaboration with TurboTax resources.
