Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local client base, deliver exceptional service, and embody the TurboTax brand in your community. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Have a PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.
• Comfort onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prep services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and handle inquiries in-person.
